Magid Fazel is the CEO and Founder of M&R Technology LLC.  He has more than 35 years of experience in digital design of Single Board Computers, and System HW architecture in avionics and industrial applications.  Magid obtained his Masters degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Syracuse University in Syracuse NY.  

Dr. Jerker Taudien is the CTO of M&R Technology LLC.  Dr. Taudien has over 15 years of experience in digital signal processing, wireless communication, optical design, and electronics. He has worked on a wide range of applications including satellite communications, sonar, and solar PV optics. Jerker obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. 

Mo Tehrani has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience leading commercialization of high-tech equipment and services in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors from start-up to Fortune 500 company including ThermoFisher Scientific. He has spent the last 5 years as commercial officer of Cardiff, an online small business lender focused on growing its lending from 40MM in 2017 to 100MM in 2022. Mo is leading our sales and marketing strategies.

Tawfik Goma has spent his career in the tech and IP sectors—from industry, the public sector as a USPTO examiner, big firm private practice at both boutique IP and general practice firms, and as in-house counsel. Heis the managing principal and founder of Goma Law. Tawfik is a frequent speaker on business law and IP topics and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Manhattan College law department.

David Whitfield is the Firmware Design consultant to M&R Technology LLC.   David has over 8 years of professional firmware development experience with expertise in design of advanced embedded applications.

Michael Terzic is the Mechanical Engineering consultant to M&R Technology Inc.  Mike has over 20 years of industry experience designing mechanical devices.

Phuc Van Nguyen is the Manufacturing Engineering consultant to M&R Technology Inc. Phuc has over 18 years of industry experience in mechanical and manufacturing engineering.

Ryan Kopcso is the Co-Founder and Electrical Engineering consultant to M&R Technology, Inc.  He has over 10 years of experience in the marine technology industry designing Hydrographic SONARs as well as system integration of unmanned surface vessels.  Ryan obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
